史蒂芬，国际的EAP，也是一位在心理咨询师培训和EAP管理上有着长期经验的心理学家。他的许多心理学专著在全世界范围内被广泛地出版。他被公认为国际EAP项目设计中注重实际效能的放心。在过去几年里他在中国的一些大学、国际公司给数以百计的心理学研究者、企业管理者教授心理学应用服务的理论及方法，对中国职业人士的心理状态有深刻的了解。

Stephen　is　well　published　psychologist　with　long　term　experience　in　counsellor　training　and　EAP　expertise.　He　is　recognised　as　an　authority　on　Chinese/Western　psychological　thought　within　the　international　EAP　design　forum.　In　the　last　few　years　he　has　worked　in　the　Chinese　University　system　teaching　psychology　and　cutural　studies　to　hundreds　or　new　psychology　students　particularly　those　at　Masters　level　hoping　to　become　professional　counsellors.
